LWR is an established company with a dynamic background and we're looking for dynamic licensed real estate brokers.    LWR is hiring agents who have been in the business for a minimum of three years and are willing to continue to work hard during the market recession.  Candidates must have average annual sales at or above Three Million and will be required to show a portfolio of their MLS comps and statistics and must be proficient in MLS Connect and Commercial MLS sites. Applicants must be professional in their ethics, conduct, dress and motivation.  A CCIM or SIOR designation is a plus, but not required.
